YOUR IMPACT
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will have a significant impact on various critical areas of our business:
Sales & Business Development
· New Client Acquisition: Your focus will be on acquiring new clients and expanding the firm’s overall client base. This will involve you identifying new potential clients, arranging meetings with key decision makers and country-level HR managers, and successfully selling Connexus Global’s recruitment services.
· Relationship Development: Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients is essential. You will be responsible for developing new key accounts by providing exceptional consultation to ensure the services we provide deliver excellent results and satisfaction. Cultivating long-term partnerships will be at the very heart of your daily activity.
· Market Analysis: Staying abreast of the latest market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities will be essential, and you will need to conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential business opportunities, assess client demands, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
· Networking & Industry Engagement: As a Principal Consultant, you will be attending relevant events, and engaging in industry associations. Building a strong professional network of trust will enhance your visibility and credibility and will position you as a thought leader in your sector.

Recruitment
· Senior-Level Assignments: As a Principal Consultant, you will be entrusted with winning and effectively leading high-level, exclusive recruitment assignments for Connexus Global's clients. Your expertise in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates will ensure exceptional talent acquisition outcomes.
· Client Consultations & Market Insights: Engaging directly with key decision makers, you will conduct comprehensive consultations to gain a deep understanding of their specific talent requirements. Then by leveraging your market expertise and insights, you will advise clients on the talent landscape and trends and provide targeted intelligence to support informed decision-making.
· Sophisticated Talent Sourcing: In addition to employing standard sourcing techniques, you and your resourcing team will leverage sophisticated networking and headhunting strategies to identify and engage untapped talent pools in the market, ensuring access to exceptional candidates.
· Management & Consultation: You will assume full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process with meticulous attention to detail, pace, and control. You’ll be delegating key areas of the process but ultimately are fully accountable for ensuring an exceptional client and candidate experience throughout.
· Relationship Building: Cultivating strong relationships with both clients and senior candidates will be a priority. Your ability to establish rapport and trust will enable you to influence and guide the recruitment process, ultimately delivering successful outcomes for all stakeholders and increasing the chances of additional assignments.
· Targets & Performance: As a senior leader, you will take ownership of setting and achieving ambitious recruitment activity targets and will meet revenue targets by consistently delivering successful placements. Your focus on driving results for both you and your support team will provide a strong foundation for you to grow within our organisation.

· Data Input & Documentation: Experts need excellent data, so you’ll place data integrity at the very top of your priorities. You will set high personal standards of data input and will ensure these are championed by your support team, in addition to helping and encouraging others in the business to improve data quality and integrity.
